1. Data Controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is New Distribution S.r.l., based in Via Impietrata, 108, 47897 Fiorentino, Republic of San Marino, operating under the NovaTrade Group brand (hereinafter, the "Controller"). 2. Applicable Law

The processing of personal data carried out through this website is governed by Law no. 171 of 21 December 2018, as amended ("Protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data"), the data protection law of the Republic of San Marino, modelled on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). To the extent the website also addresses individuals resident in the European Union, the Controller additionally applies the principles and safeguards set out in the GDPR.

3. Data Collected and Purposes of Processing

The website collects personal data exclusively through the contact form on the "Contact" page. The data requested are: full name, email address, company and phone number (the latter two optional), and the content of the message. This data is processed solely to respond to requests for information, quotes or business proposals sent by the data subject, and for any resulting pre-contractual activities.

The legal basis for the processing is the consent given by the data subject when submitting the form, as well as the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's own request, where applicable.

4. Processing Methods and Retention

Data is processed using IT and telematic tools, in a manner and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated, so as to ensure its security and confidentiality. Data collected through the contact form is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, should a business relationship follow, for the duration of that relationship and within the terms set by applicable tax and civil law; where no relationship follows, it is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission.

Personal data is not disclosed to the public. It may be shared with third parties who provide services instrumental to the Controller's activity (for example, the hosting and email service provider), appointed as data processors under applicable law, or with public authorities where required by law.

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Should a transfer of data to third countries become necessary, the Controller will adopt the safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

At any time, the data subject may exercise, against the Controller, the rights provided for by applicable law: access to their personal data, rectification or erasure of the same, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Requests can be sent to info@novatrade.sm.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of the Republic of San Marino or, for individuals resident in the European Union, with their own national supervisory authority.
